Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, your order might take more than the typical 10-15 days. if so, please click on 'Contact Us' and provide us with your order number and potential tracking number. We will do our best to come back to you as soon as possible.

TRACKING NUMBER POLICY:

After processing your order (2-3 days), our manufacturing departments ship your order, and only then do we receive tracking numbers. After receiving the tracking number, they are immediately provided to you via email.

returns & exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the result of customer error. These include:

Choosing the wrong size, design, or color. Please be sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Providing an undeliverable shipping address. Canceling an order more than 24 hours after it has been placed.
